About this position

The QAD Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing the quality team to achieve departmental goals and objectives, while developing and implementing quality management strategies to enhance overall product quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the quality team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
• Develop and implement quality management strategies and initiatives to enhance overall product.
• Supervise and mentor quality team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Coordinate quality assurance activities across departments, ensuring compliance with established standards and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate external audits and inspections by regulatory agencies or customers and ensure timely resolution of any findings or observations.
• Monitor key quality metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and drive corrective actions as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and master's degree in a related field (e.g., Quality Management, Engineering, Business Administration).
• Proven experience in quality management, preferably in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of quality management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve common goals.
• Knowledge of relevant quality standards and regulations.
• Certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO) is a plus.
