The IoT Application Engineer at CAD-IT will be responsible for managing IoT technical presales and delivering IoT projects in various industries, while providing technical support and maintaining client relationships.
• Initiate and manage IoT technical presales in Manufacturing, Automotive, Electronics and Oil & Gas industries.
• Assist the sales team in activities including lead generation, IoT solution presentation, IoT solution demonstration and proof-of-concept exercise.
• Deliver the IoT projects successfully as a team upon the award of the project.
• Establish potential new clients, determine their Engineering/Business Solution needs & convert these opportunities into new projects.
• Provide technical support and maintain close relationship with existing key accounts to ensure continuing contracts/services.
• You possess a recognized Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electrical/Automation Engineering.
• Have working experience with MES and factory exposure, as well as an understanding of Manufacturing ERP.
• Good understanding of production, maintenance and quality management processes.
• Have the ability to do project coordination and management, and possess client relationship management skills.
• Programming experience in C/C++/JavaScript and/or Python is a must.
• Candidates with automation/equipment background with working knowledge of PLC & SCADA will be advantageous.
• Candidates with exposure/working experience with IoT platforms is a plus.
• Possess good command of English and Thai communication and presentation skills.
• Technically competent, self-motivated and have good interpersonal skills.
