About this position
Responsibilities
• Responsible for viral content enhancement. Improve overall content quality on the platform. Develop content standards which focus on higher editing skills to drive virality and overall content consumption.
• Analyze user needs by deep diving into high consumption content and user portraits. Explore content growth points, and combine with commercial opportunities, output diverse and high-quality content which can drive growth and revenue at the same time.
• Follow up data insight and collaborate with business and local content teams to improve local content understanding and continuously improve the content strategy.
Requirements
• Have a deep understanding of short video trends, local and global.
• Experienced in doing content analysis and ability to give judgment regarding content potentials.
• Familiar with the digital content eco-system and data analytics.
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
• Bachelor’s degree from any major.
• 3+ years of working in the digital content industry.
• Experience of short video platform industry is preferred.
• Strong project management skills and problem solving abilities.
• Experience working in an online collaboration environment.
