About this position

The Cloud Solutions Technical Account Manager at BytePlus in Indonesia will be the primary technical point of contact for enterprise customers in various verticals, ensuring they leverage the full potential of cloud solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum years of proven experience in the role of Technical Account Manager or Cloud Solution Architect
• Strong knowledge of cloud IaaS and PaaS products from major cloud providers
• Deep understanding in cloud products
• Experience working with DNBs, ISVs and SIs in verticals like E-commerce, Media, Entertainment, Gaming, Education
• Comfortable with fast-paced environment
