Marketing and Event Specialist
About this position
The Marketing and Event Specialist is responsible for planning and executing automotive events, developing marketing campaigns, and enhancing brand strategy and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
• Plan and manage automotive events like product launches, test drives, and trade shows.
• Coordinate with vendors and venues to ensure smooth logistics and brand consistency.
• Manage event budgets, timelines, and promotional materials.
• Evaluate event success and gather insights for improvement.
• Develop campaigns for vehicle launches, promotions, and dealership events using digital and traditional media.
• Collaborate on content creation for ads, social media, and marketing materials.
• Lead email marketing efforts to boost event attendance and customer engagement.
• Execute brand strategies aligned with corporate goals and market trends.
• Interact with customers to gather feedback and enhance brand experience.
• Conduct market research to stay competitive and responsive to trends.
• Partner with sales, product, and aftersales teams to align marketing efforts.
• Support dealerships with co-marketing strategies and materials.
• Analyze event participation, lead generation, and campaign performance.
• Prepare reports on marketing ROI and customer insights to refine strategies.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field;
• 2-5 years of experience in automotive marketing, event planning, or a related role;
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and paid advertising;
• Strong communication skills in Thai and Chinese or Thai and English;
• Proficiency in event management software and marketing tools (e.g., CRM, social media management platforms);
• Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking skills;
• Ability to travel as needed to support events and dealership activities.
