About this position

The Logistics Specialist is responsible for coordinating international logistics, managing customs and documentation, liaising with government agencies, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure compliance and timely delivery of goods.

Responsibilities

• Develop and follow up on international logistics plans.
• Coordinate with the China logistics team and Thailand sales team to ensure timely delivery.
• Handle customs clearance, inspections, and documentation for imported and exported goods.
• Manage declarations, document reviews, and filings for all shipments.
• Oversee the reimbursement of import and export fees.
• Communicate with agencies like the Excise Department, NBTC, and customs.
• Address and resolve customs clearance issues promptly.
• Work with internal teams on customs matters and keep them updated on shipment status.
• Ensure all logistics operations comply with regulations.

Requirements

• Thai Nationality;
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field;
• 2-5 years of experience in logistics, focusing on customs and international transport;
• 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, especially in logistics, would be preferred;
• Strong knowledge of customs regulations;
• Excellent communication skills in Thai and Chinese or Thai and English;
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills;
• Able to adapt to frequent business trips within country and up-country;
• A candidate with a valid driver's license is preferred.
