Aftersales Claim specialist (Senior)
About this position
The Aftersales Claim Specialist (Senior) is responsible for managing and auditing claim workflows, supporting distributors, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
• Assist, Audit claim requested workflow approval and compliance with the law and regulations
• Support distributor in any claim workflow related problem
• Check, Calculate total claimed amount monthly
• Assist, Evaluate claim workflow performance of the submitter
• Assist, Plan for technicians to follow up the claimed part for inspection
• Prepare documents and report to Management Weekly and Yearly.
• Assist and coordinate the Training division for warranty claim training
• Operate and work with the manager and management assigned.
Requirements
• Thai Nationality
• Bachelor's degree or above in Administrator or other related.
• Applicant with experience in claim audit and inspection or other related field will be a plus
• Able to communicate in Thai, English (or Chinese) proficiently.
• Computer Literacy: Excellence in using Microsoft office(Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Having basic knowledge of automotive
• Must be patience and detail-oriented
