Responsibilities
• Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
• Analyze market data to develop and implement business development strategies.
• Identify and approach potential clients through various channels (networking, cold calling, referrals, etc.).
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and closure of deals.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business goals and revenue targets.
• Prepare and present business proposals, negotiations, and contracts to clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing materials and campaigns that support business development efforts.
• Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development, customer service) to ensure client needs are met and service delivery is aligned with expectations.
• Provide feedback to product development teams based on client interactions and market research.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development activities.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on business development performance and market insights.
Requirements
• Thai Nationality.
• Bachelor’s degree or MBA in any field.
• Experience 10 years up in sales and marketing-management role in the business services.
• Background or understanding of ISO or testing Inspection certification business will be an advantage.
• Own vehicle.
