About this position

The Project and Construction Manager for High Rise Condo in BKK will oversee all aspects of real estate development and construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of real estate development and construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and overseeing contractors.
• Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate and oversee the work of architects, engineers, contractors, and other vendors to ensure projects meet quality standards.
• Manage project documentation, including permits, contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
• Monitor project progress and identify and resolve any issues or delays.
• Ensure projects comply with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to understand project requirements and communicate progress.
• Manage project budgets and financial reporting, including tracking expenses and invoices.
• Provide regular updates and reports to project stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field.
• Significant experience (5+ years) managing real estate development and construction projects.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and execute project plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Good command of English Speaking, Writing, Reading for report to European owner.
