About this position

The Senior Nurse Coordinator, DRO-Southern Region is responsible for coordinating patient referrals, managing insurance coverage, and ensuring effective communication with both internal and external customers while supporting marketing activities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating with external and internal customers on the process of refer the patient in to the hospital (medical, financial and documentation).
• Coordinating with insurance, medical assistance companies for the coverage and benefits to comply with the hospital’s policy.
• Coordinate with the concerned department to achieve the customer’s needs.
• Work effectively with team to provide/create activities to local customers in setting up of responsible goals, action plan, exhibition booth: in and out the regional office.
• Lead/participate/communicate effectively with external and internal customers and team.
• Completing monthly reporting and statistics related to job responsible.
• Coordinate internally to deliver the service to the customers.
• Supporting marketing activities and relationship management.
• Effective external and internal communication.
• Responsible for monthly report and statistics report.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, Nursing
• 3-5 year experience in nursing (ER & Referral experience is preferable)
• Sales experience and customer relations experience (recommended)
• Good coordination skills and service minded
• Good to excellent command of English and/or other language required for the operation with TOEIC at least 650
• Good computer literacy
• Ability to plan and work within agreed timeframes
• Ability to demonstrate initiative and work well under pressure
• Flexible and able to adjust to changing work environments, processes, and demands
• Demonstrated ability to find effective solutions to complex issues or challenges.
