About this position

The Customer Advocate Officer is responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience by greeting customers, managing registrations, providing service information, and handling customer inquiries and complaints.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers upon arrival
• Carry out registration process for current and new customers.
• Provide the basic information of service
• Handle call center service, customer complaint and service recovery
• Support health care activities and PR/Marketing events
• Inform guest about additional treatment pricing and get signature from guest
• Coordinate with hotel accounting about billing

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Liberal Arts or related field is preferred
• At least 2 years working experience in Service/Hospitality industry will be advantage
• Good personality and well-groomed
• Effective communicator and team player
• Self-motivated, can-do attitude
• Good problem solving and coordination skills.
• Good command of English
