About this position

The Administrative position in the Project Development Department involves managing documentation, coordinating with various stakeholders, and supporting construction and consultancy agreements.

Responsibilities

• Keeping documentation registry, monitoring construction agreements for Bumrungrad constructors and consultants, preparing of payments and approvals.
• Draft services agreements related to each construction and consultancy works.
• Prepare construction works payment authorization forms with supporting documents for all construction and consultancy agreements.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and Leading Quantity Surveyor to prepare control worksheet and other supporting documents in relation to propose approvals.
• Coordination with consultants and suppliers.
• Filing and Office Supplies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any fields.
• Minimum 5 years experience in Administrative.
• Experience related to support to Project Directors or Project Managers for Construction Projects is preferable.
• Computer Skills in MS Office.
• Good Command of English Literacy.
