About this position

This position will be responsible for developing and executing marketing communication strategies, customer acquisition campaigns, performance analysis, marketing automation, and collaboration with various teams to enhance engagement and brand visibility.

Responsibilities

• Marketing communications : Develop and execute marketing communication strategies across channels (apps, social media, email, etc.) to boost engagement and brand visibility.
• Customer Acquisitions
- Design and execute acquisition campaigns to attract and retain customers, optimizing customer journeys and conversion funnels.
- Use market insights and analytics to refine strategies and maximize ROI on marketing investments.
• Growth & Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing communications, offering insights and recommendations.
• Marketing Automation: Support the setup and management of marketing automation tools and workflows.
• Collaboration: Work closely with promotions team retail and HNWI, product, and creative teams to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree or Master’s degree from reputable university
• Prior experience in Marketing Communication and Social Media Marketing would be preferred
• Technical Knowledge: Proficient in MS Office (esp. Excel) ; Social Media Management and Creative writing.
• Soft Skills: Interest in investment markets, proactive, and trustworthy with confidential information.
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Fluent in English written and spoken
