About this position
Responsibilities
• Bachelor Degree (S1) Psychology
• At least 3 years of experience as Senior HRD staff
• Intermediate command of English language, with minimal TOEFL score of 400
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Flexibility, organization, decision making and problem solving skills
• Good team work and interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet deadlines, work on multiple projects, and coordinate the work with others
• Ability to maintain positive relationships with students, parents, community members and staffs.
