Support Engineer (Sales & Services)
About this position
The Support Engineer (Sales & Services) is responsible for designing and modifying equipment, coordinating with manufacturers, managing telematics systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting the sales team with technical sales presentations.
Responsibilities
• Design and Modify equipment, shapes, and functions of vehicles to meet customer requirements.
• Coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers to develop new innovations and technologies.
• Manage the telematics system installed on vehicles, including training customers and technicians, and maintaining the web-based system.
• Prepare and present technical sales presentations to support the sales team.
• Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues related to products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
• Assist in managing and disseminating knowledge about future products to the sales team and other relevant teams.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechatronic, Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Engineering, or related fields).
• At least 2-3 years of engineering experience.
• Proficiency in engineering software related to the field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage time efficiently.
• Understanding of basic working systems of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical components.
• Proficiency in English for coordinating with manufacturers to analyze issues and install additional options as requested by sales.
