About this position
Key Account Executive จะรับผิดชอบในการสร้างและรักษาความสัมพันธ์ที่แข็งแกร่งกับลูกค้า เพื่อให้สามารถตอบสนองความต้องการและวัตถุประสงค์ของลูกค้าได้อย่างเหมาะสม
Responsibilities
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Understand client's needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions.
• Act as the main point of contact between the client and the company.
• Effectively communicate the value proposition through presentations, proposals, and other client interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to ensure client needs are met.
Requirements
• Bachelor Degree or higher in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field is typically required.
• Strong sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• The ability to identify and solve problems for clients.
• Familiarity with the industry is preferred.
