About this position
Responsibilities
• Responsible for achieving a yearly forecasted sales target.
• Interact with the industries through meetings with customers, prospects, vendors, and associations at their facilities and at trade conferences to:
• Determine business trends that may positively or negatively affect our business
• Identify service opportunities and promote acceptance of our laboratory services
• Monitor the activity of our clients and competition to recommend opportunities to differentiate and grow our services
• Maintain close links with major prospects to further increase our market base and sales
• Conduct follow-up visits or inquiries with new accounts to ensure our services meet their expectations.
• Foster relationships with customers with open dialogue.
• Submit a written report to the Manager on a weekly basis summarizing the marketing and sales activities.
• Assist the Manager with the preparation of quotes, marketing and sales materials, sales plans and sale information relating to budgets and forecasts.
• Present and represent at National trade shows to build BSI Brand awareness and broaden the market and client base.
• Ensures the fulfillment of internal and external requirements for packages, handbooks, promo items etc.
• Ensures that personal and staff health & safety, environment, productivity, and quality priorities are addressed and optimized in accordance with all regulations and company policies
• May be assigned special or related ad hoc projects from time-to-time within the group or company.

Requirements
• Necessary sale Skill Prospective sales calls to new customers and the next you’re proactively networking with existing customers to sell additional BSI products by executing BSI sales processes to investigate, explore and understand customer needs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Schedule customer contacts, and proactively manage leads and opportunities.
• Develop executive-level customer relationships in order to establish an understanding of their business drivers.
• Motivated and self-sufficient individual with a passion for maximizing existing customer relationships, as well as winning new customers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as good interpersonal skills obtained from a Business to Business sales background.
