About this position
Responsibilities
• Responsible to manage base load in order achieving revenue based on target BSI Assurance by Delivery Management and War Room.
• Understanding client’s needs and deliver service to client with satisfactory in line with integrity, BSI vision and value.
• Arrange/assign client manager in accordance with global procedures, qualification of auditors and agreement with clients.
• Communicate with client verbal and written to process arrangement audit & response inquiry from internal and external client.
• Input and maintain database in SAP & PG e.g : making assignment audit for client manager, create CRN & SMO, update change of client’s information etc.
• Provide travel and accommodation for client manager to logistic officer.
Requirements
• Education : Minimum Diploma (DIII) bachelor degree in Administration, Management, Economic, Accounting or relevant Faculty.
• Working experience : Minimum 3 years as staff in operation in various industries.
• Minimum 3 years as planner or back office in operation in Certification Body.
• Technical qualification : Have knowledge process in certification body from input to output.
• Have knowledge SAP, PG and other application system.
• Have knowledge several scheme requirements e.g : Quality Management System, Environmental Management System etc.
• Other qualification: Language: English, verbal and written.
• Verbal communication as well as written communication skill.
• Able to manage fatigue, emotional and multi-tasking.
