About this position

BSI Jakarta office is urgently looking for an Account Manager, who is passionate about a challenge and willing to learn more about Sales & Business Development with BSI products.

Responsibilities

• Identify target lists of new business prospects for the Consultants to contact and develop.
• Provide efficient and effective planning and scheduling of the sales and delivery activities to facilitate the Consultants' provision of high quality environmental, health and safety services for clients.
• Support the commercial team on efficient data entry, sales planning and scheduling customer visits, entering all workflow changes for clients, to ensure that sales activity is planned and monitored in accordance with agreed procedures. Make cold calls to target prospects and qualify them for meetings.
• Assist Consultants in preparing and completing Requests for Proposals (RFP) to win new business for the team.
• Business development experience, including cold calling and research Experience with Sales Force or similar system.
• Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service.
• Answering questions about products or the company.
• Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
• Create and maintain the database.
• Maintain conflict of interest & impartiality.
• Monitoring SFDC: Sales Pipeline, D&B Match, Leads Contacted, Past Closed Date Opportunity.
• Follow Sales Ground Rules.
• Follow-up with client consistently and update on SFDC.

Requirements

• D3 Business Administration or any Major, with Telesales training in the previous company.
• Min 2 years as Telesales in CB, Consultant, Training Provider, Insurance, Automotive, Banking.
• Proven track record in teleselling.
• Business Correspondence.
• Good command of English communication (V&W).
