About this position

The Key Account Manager (Online Official Stores) is responsible for leading and driving the sales of Bosch Home Appliances products on retail official stores such as Lazada and Shopee, while developing and implementing effective online sales strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive Bosch Home Appliances products sell on retail official stores (Lazada, Shopee)
• Develop and implement online sales strategy, targets, budgeting, campaigns and related activities
• Analyze sale performance and implement action plan to drive growth
• Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from online sales activity.
• Forecast potential sales in channel of responsibility.
• Create and enhance online customer data base
• Oversee fulfillment and online service e.g. delivery, chat services, store rating etc.
• Manage and empower team's performance under own account
• Participate in partner meetings, events and seminar events.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in any fields
• 5+ years experience in managing Online Retail Sales (prefer own web, Lazada or Shopee)
• Selling experience in home appliances products, consumer electronics or related products
• Result oriented and proactive sales personality
• Good in English (fluent) and MS excel
