Brand & Trade Marketing Assistant
About this position
The Brand & Trade Marketing Assistant will be responsible for coordinating marketing strategies, building relationships with partners, and ensuring brand consistency across various channels.
Responsibilities
• Co-ordinate with agency to develop and implement online marketing strategies to promote products and services using various digital channels. (Facebook, YouTube, IG etc.)
• Build strong relationships with partners & influencers and organize joint activities.
• Coordinate and ensure the production of media and brand communications align with the company CI.
• Coordinate with internal sales team for marketing campaigns.
• Prepare emails and newsletters distribution to current customers.
• Ensure consistency in the brand messaging.
• Track marketing metrics and analyze digital data to measure marketing success.
• Gather information, prepare reports, special projects and assist managers with tasks as assigned.
• Coordinate with related party for all trade marketing and promotional activities including new product launch events, store openings, special events etc.
• Facilitate with Managers for new store opening plans, including partnership with PR/Press, events, etc.
• Analyze, improve, and ensure the production of POSM materials as company requirement.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field
• 1-3 years’ experience in marketing support role e.g. co-work with marketing agency, marketing communication, POSM, coordinate events etc.
• Multi-task with high ownership
• Proactive and initiative mindset
• Good in English and problem-solving skill
• Familia with MS Office (Prefer: excel pivot)
