About this position

You will play a pivotal role in fostering client relationships and driving measurable business value. You will serve as the primary point of contact for all engagement operations, acting as the voice of the client within SAP.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:
• Leading customer engagement and ensuring alignment across various stakeholders such as SAP Services, SAP Product Support, ECS Partners, and the client’s System Integrators or Hosting Partners.
• Hosting regular status and governance meetings with customers and other SAP stakeholders.
• Driving customer success by taking accountability for ECS service and consistently meeting SAP customer commitments.
• Initiating commercial success by avoiding service credits, seeking improvement opportunities for upselling, and engaging sales/pre-sales for potential opportunities.
• Driving digital transformation success by aligning SAP services to deliver and achieve the customer’s transformation strategy and goals.
• Leading and owning engagement-planning and program-planning activities.

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• A total of 10+ years of experience in SAP ECS which includes 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
• SAP Basis system administration, SAP Basis operation, SAP Migration and/or SAP Application is a must.
• Experience in working for technical infrastructure and cloud environment is desirable.
• Contract and strong stakeholder management experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and an engagement mindset.
• Excellent customer/escalation management skills.
• Proven ability to work with customers on projects involving senior management level to influence and drive towards customer success.
• Fluency in Thai & English.
• Experience in infrastructure operation/development/Application Managed Services Service Delivery will be a plus.
