About this position
The Legal & Compliance Administrator is responsible for providing administrative assistance within the Legal and Compliance Department, supporting the General Counsel & Head of Administration.
Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support within the Legal and Compliance Department
• Assist the General Counsel & Head of Administration with personal tasks
• Manage filing and document management
• Coordinate schedules and correspondence
• Handle sensitive and confidential information
• Conduct legal research
• Ensure regulatory compliance in the School's operations
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Indonesian Law
• Fresh graduates from Legal/Compliance/Law major preferred
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficiency in English
• Knowledge or experience in the education industry is a plus
• Excellent summarising and synthesising skills
