About this position

To provide a high quality and well-rounded educational experience for all Kindergarten (KG) students, whilst ensuring that progress and attainment are of the highest possible standard.

• Ensure that progress and attainment are of the highest possible standard.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Psychology or any other relevant discipline.
• Certified Quality Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Extensive experience with a minimum of 5 years experience in education, including successful experience within a school or educational institution as a Kindergarten Teacher or Teaching Assistant, supporting learning of students in age range 2-6 years.
• Good written and verbal communication (in English and Indonesian), strong interpersonal, customer relations and facilitation skills in order to effectively liaise with internal staff and cater the parents’ and students’ needs related to learning services.
• Committed to the highest standards of excellence, able to work independently or collaboratively as a team, and ability to build effective working relationships.
• Good computer literacy (Microsoft Office and Google Suite).
• Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) or Certified as a Kindergarten Teacher (PGPAUD) in Indonesia.
• Experience working in an international school setting.
