Established in 1986, we began servicing the gems and jewelry community and branched out to cash and security services. Our headquarters is located in the heart of the gems and jewelry community in Bangkok. We have an airport office inside the customs house to support customs brokerage and airfreight activities, as well as another office in the Gemopolis Industrial Estate.

About this position

Brink's has been the leader in the security transportation business, synonymous with security since 1923. The Process Improvement Supervisor will focus on enhancing productivity and reducing waste in operations.

Responsibilities

• Initiate idea to improve productivity, reduce non-value added and waste in process
• Work with operation team to improve a strong culture that reduces non-value-added waste, improves
• Services cycle times and service quality.
• Lead and Initiative the continuous improvement project to improve productivity, quality and business process implement and running the 6 Sigma methodologies to be an improvement tool for both business and process
• Initiative to leverage productivity.
• Leading and facilitating the LEAN/process improvement-based workshops to drive ideas and solutions.
• Working with key business stakeholders to build a continuous improvement environment to support an ongoing program of change.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Logistics or any related field
• Lean Logistics and Six Sigma knowledge
• At least 2 years of experience in developing solutions related transportation, logistics, operation improvement supervisor using Power Platform.
• Strong knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI (optional), and Power Virtual Agents (optional)
• Familiar with Microsoft Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365, and SharePoint
• Good communicate in English
• Black belt, green belt certified is advantage
• Ability to use Minitab software or data analytical program is advantage
