About this position

The Sales Manager (Cat) for Jabodetabek dan Jawa Barat is responsible for managing organizational sales, developing business plans, and supporting the sales team to achieve targets.

Responsibilities

• Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
• Develop strategies to support the sales team to be able to meet targets
• Meeting planned sales goals.
• Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
• Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
• Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in business or related fields.
• At least 5–7 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Have minimal 4 years working experience as sales in Paint Industry
• Experience managing and directing a sales team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be willing to be located and travel to cover Jabodetabek and West Java area.
