Responsibilities
• Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase sales of building materials in construction projects.
• Monitoring and providing regular sales progress reports to management.
• Building long-term relationships with contractors, architects, and consultants related to construction projects.
• Providing quick solutions to technical issues related to products occurring on-site.
• Assisting in managing individual and team targets to achieve optimal results.
• Processing sales data to create reports and market trend analysis.
Requirements
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Materials Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in the building materials industry or related fields, particularly related to construction projects.
• Strong communication skills to build relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Experienced in handling large projects and meeting sales targets.
• Result-oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Strong leadership skills to guide the team.
• Problem-solving ability and strategic thinking.
