About this position

The People Operations position involves managing employee compensation, benefits, and payroll processes while ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage employees salary, benefit (Medical Insurance), and compensation administration (Bonus, THR, and Reward)
• Compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and non-taxable wages
• Collect and verify attendance data, absence, medical benefits and other information needed to calculate employee salary.
• Ensure that the implementation of compensation schemes, allowances, and similar measures is carried out in accordance with the regulations and policies formulated by the company.
• Ensure that the compensation and benefits received by employees are in accordance with the employee's position and performance in accordance with statutory regulations and policies that have been prepared by the company
• Analyze and provide recommendations regarding the provision of employee compensation, benefits and incentives so that implementation is effective and efficient
• Up to date with government regulations (UU Cipta Kerja)
• Implement employee onboarding and offboarding processes well.

Requirements

• Have at least 3 years of experience working on payroll (starting from preparing payroll data to calculating PPH 21 tax).
• Have at least 3 years of experience in employee insurance, BPJS Employment, BPJS Health, annual leave, etc.
• Can perform payroll calculations outside the system.
• Able to work in companies with more than >200 people spread across various branches.
• Update and understand the latest employment regulations.
• Have experience carrying out layoffs.
• Have good administrative skills, especially in using Excel.
• Strong analytical, articulatory and problem-solving skills, with great attention to detail.
• Resilience to work under tight deadlines and under pressure.
• Able to work full WFO from Metland Puri back office.
