Responsibilities
• Design and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives.
• Develop engaging content for various social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and stories, while ensuring consistency with the brand’s voice and values.
• Track and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) across social media platforms, generate detailed performance reports, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Actively interact with followers, respond to comments and direct messages, and build relationships with online communities to foster brand loyalty.
• Ensure the company’s image and reputation are maintained positively across all social media channels, addressing any issues or negative feedback promptly and professionally.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns, including promotional, engagement, and awareness campaigns, ensuring objectives are met and campaigns are optimized for performance.
• Keep up with the latest trends and updates in social media and digital marketing to apply new strategies and techniques to improve brand presence.
Requirements
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Graphic Design, or Communications.
• 3-5 years of work experience in marketing, especially in the retail industry such as FMCG or building materials.
• Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
• Familiar with ATL and BTL marketing strategies.
• Capable of calculating and analyzing Marketing ROI.
• Creative skills in producing engaging content and promotions.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
• Accustomed to working with tight targets and deadlines.
• Adaptive to changes in digital trends and marketing technology.
