About this position
Responsibilities
• Install, configure, set up, and deploy all IT equipment that supports employee tasks.
• Be responsible for hardware, CCTV, applications, email, printers, network (LAN/WAN), and related issues, both offsite and onsite.
• Ensure proper installation of cables, operating systems, and software according to standards.
• Perform troubleshooting on hardware, software, peripheral equipment, and other IT devices.
• Ensure all IT-related issues are addressed promptly and effectively.
Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an IT Support, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician, or similar role.
• Familiarity with PC hardware, printers, scanners, and mobile devices (iOS, Android).
• Understanding of client PC connectivity including ethernet, TCP/IP, switches, routers, and other network-related aspects.
• Adequate knowledge of IT asset management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Ability to drive a four-wheeled vehicle.
