Brand Manager
About this position
The Brand Manager is responsible for developing and executing brand marketing strategies to drive brand growth and health, while collaborating with various specialists to ensure effective brand experiences.
Responsibilities
• Assists in the development of the Brand Marketing Plan by developing an understanding of the drivers of brand growth and brand health and identifying key issues and opportunities.
• Make communication strategy, internal and external campaign
• Identifies solutions and make recommendations to improve effectiveness based on performance monitoring.
• Work closely with social media specialist, KOL specialist and content creator to execute flawless brand experiences across touch points.
• Monitors budget spend
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree from Marketing, Communication, or related field
• 1 year experience as Brand Manager in Skin Care or Beauty Industry
• Strong in business mindset, analytical power, digital media & social media (IG, TikTok)
• Familiar with handling big campaign, events, brand strategy & promotion
• Commonly in brand activation, branding/visibility, ads and market analysis/pricing
• Passion to growth and strong time management skill to work in a changeable environment, ability to manage workload and multiple projects
• Open-minded, practical creativity, and result oriented
