About this position

The Supply Chain Management Manager is responsible for developing systems and procedures to ensure timely customer supply, optimizing the supply chain, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations, and leading logistics and warehouse management activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop necessary system and procedure to ensure timely customer supply through supply routes, minimizing emergency deliveries.
• Optimize supply chain in contest of multi sourcing, ensuring orders fulfilment and budget achievement by monitoring all sources.
• Ensure that SEQ safety environment, Quality are absolutely prioritized to all operations.
• Ensure compliance with all standard (Aviation, ISO Bridgestone) and regulation (import- Export) Customs in Asia Pacific region.
• Lead activity to stream line logistics and warehouse management flows and processes.
• Review monitor and evaluate 3PLS and forwarder performance to ensure their services level is in line with the pre -defined standard.
• Seamless collaboration with Sales department to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and timely supply according to actual situation.
• Staff management, motivation training & development.
• Budgeting (resources planning and control).
• Reporting on periodical issue according to requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Business Administration.
• Advance degrees in MBA or Master's in Supply Chain Management, Logistics can be beneficial.
• 6 or more years related experience with at least 4 years in management.
• Good command in English (TOEIC Score 700).
