Sales Support Officer (One Year Contract)
About this position
The Sales Support Officer is responsible for coordinating with customers and internal/external parties, supporting the sales team, handling inquiries and complaints, and managing customer databases and orders.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate effectively with customers and internal/external parties, providing correct information.
• Supporting Sales Representative i.e. preparing quotations and coordinating between the sales team and customer.
• Handle customers' inquiries & complaints via Voice and Non-Voice channels e.g. Phone calls and email channels by acknowledging and checking incoming inquiries to report to the manager.
• Co-ordinating and handling after-sale service.
• Handling customer database, orders, and delivery status in SAP.
• Report to Senior Sales Support Manager.
• Other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
• Must have full working rights in Thailand.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any related field.
• Experiences 1-3 years in Customer service, Sales support, Admin.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs.
• Knowledge of SAP and import procedure.
• Good interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Well organized and able to prioritize work and tasks under pressure.
• Excellent teamwork, motivational, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
