About this position

The Sales Support Officer (Chinese-speaking) will provide sales and administrative support to enhance communication with Chinese-speaking customers within the PCB manufacturing sector. This role involves handling sales orders, customer inquiries, and coordinating closely with internal departments to ensure a seamless supply chain and superior customer service.

Responsibilities

• Customer Communication: Act as the main point of contact for Chinese-speaking customers, managing inquiries, and supporting discussions around product demand and planning.
• Sales Order Processing: Verify and process customer orders, ensuring accurate entry in the ERP system, and coordinate with the warehouse for timely delivery.
• Market Expansion Support: Assist in developing relationships with senior-level decision-makers at Chinese PCB companies to expand high-margin product offerings.
• Coordination with Internal Teams: Work with logistics, purchasing, and planning teams to meet customer requirements and ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Telemarketing: Conduct follow-up calls with existing and potential Chinese-speaking customers, answering questions and offering product information.
• Administrative Support: Assist the Electronics team with documentation, reporting, and other administrative tasks as needed.
• Maximizes customers’ satisfaction by taking immediate action or prevent/reduce complaints, and handle products/price related questions and pass on the Asst. CS Manager or concerned BU.
• Ensures up-to-date of customer list. Drives the annual update of Brenntag list of customers in cooperation with Head of Sales.
• Coordinates with Planning & Purchasing and International Logistics Team to monitor that all arrival shipments and meet customers’ requirements.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• Experience: 1-2 years in sales support or customer service, preferably with experience in the electronics or chemicals sector.
• Languages: Fluent in Chinese and English; proficiency in Thai.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, MS Offices, ERP system familiarity, problem-solving abilities, and attention to details.
• Others: Positive with can do attitude. Ability to work independently, and good team member, can manage multiple tasks, and engage with senior-level stakeholders effectively.
