About this position

The Sales Supervisor, Adhesive & EP will be responsible for implementing the business plan, carrying out sales and marketing activities, and achieving overall business targets. They will also maintain relationships with key business partners and deliver sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Implement the business plan and carry out sales and marketing activities to achieve business targets.
• Maintain close relationships with existing key business partners, customers, and suppliers.
• Deliver sales targets.
• Drive the business for Emulsion Polymerization & Adhesive Industry.
• Maximize sales and profit to achieve company targets.
• Develop and manage the sales forecast process.
• Coordinate with related functions for effective results.
• Monitor and control stock position and debtors.
• Handle key customers and conduct market research.
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities and keep updated on Project Pipeline.
• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their needs.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on products and services.
• Create frequent reviews and updated reports in CRM System.
• Ensure stock availability for sales by connecting with customers.
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
• Drive project development for key suppliers and other value suppliers.
• Generate and update marketing plans for relevant products.
• Strengthen long-term relationships with key business partners.
• Initiate regular market surveys and identify new business opportunities.
• Develop the business through new opportunities and ensure maximum sales and profit growth.
• Perform other activities as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in science or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in sales & marketing in Emulsion Polymerization & Adhesive Business.
• Fair in accounting & financial management.
• Market and customer-oriented.
• Good English proficiency.
• Presentation and Interpersonal skills.
• Negotiation skill.
• Problem Solving.
• Growth Mindset.
