About this position

The Sales Supervisor, Adhesive & EP will be responsible for implementing the business plan, carrying out sales and marketing activities, and achieving overall business targets. They will also maintain relationships with key business partners and deliver sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Drive the business for Emulsion Polymerization & Adhesive Industry.
• Maximize sales and profit to achieve company targets.
• Set clear plans for short and long term goals and execute them to reach company targets.
• Monitor working capital and increase profitability.
• Develop and manage sales forecast processes.
• Coordinate with related functions for effective results.
• Monitor and control stock position and debtors.
• Handle key customers and conduct market research.
• Seek out new sales opportunities and keep updated on Project Pipeline.
• Set up meetings with potential clients and deliver presentations.
• Create and update reports in CRM System.
• Ensure stock availability for sales and negotiate/close deals.
• Collaborate with team members and gather feedback from customers.
• Drive project development for key suppliers and generate marketing plans.
• Strengthen relationships with key business partners and align strategies.
• Initiate market surveys and identify new business opportunities.
• Develop the business through new opportunities and ensure sales and profit growth.
• Perform other assigned activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in science or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in sales & marketing in Emulsion Polymerization & Adhesive Business.
• Fair in accounting & financial management.
• Market and customer-oriented.
• Good English proficiency.
• Presentation and Interpersonal skills.
