About this position

The Mixing & Blending Operator will be responsible for preparing raw materials, mixing chemicals, packaging, and storing products in a safe and orderly manner. The operator will also be required to follow quality standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare raw materials tool Equipment used in production
• Mix chemicals according to the production formula.
• Divide the packaging of chemicals according to the production plan.
• Supervise the cleanliness and maintenance of production equipment, as well as cleanliness in the work area.
• Supervise the movement and transfer of materials, and products between work areas using appropriate moving equipment and hand tools.
• Follow the procedure, how it works. Regulations as specified in the quality standard system ISO9001/ISO14001/ISO45001 and other regulations of the Company.
• Other tasks as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

Education : Advanced Vocational Certificate – Bachelor's degree in chemistry or related
Experience : 1-3 years in chemical production or industrial production line
Others :
• How to use and installation diagram of emergency suppression equipment
• Driving a forklift
• How to handle and act in the event of a product leak
