Agile Coach
About this position
We are looking for an agile coach, to support both French and International perimeters, with teaching qualities and high sense of sharing, passionate about agile culture, collective intelligence, and continuous improvement, in a highly cross-cultural environment.
Main activities:
- Propose, share, and evolve tools, rituals, and practices related to agility and development methods.
- Monitor the adoption and maturity of teams, suggesting areas for improvement when necessary.
- Conduct and adapt training sessions, communicate, and drive change through practice.
Responsibilities
Support for IT Projects Managers:
- Establish a clear product vision, including objectives, scope, and macro functionalities.
- Define and clarify needs from a macro vision to detailed specifications (User Stories).
- Propose effective backlog management and prioritization techniques.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies.
- Promote agile practices and best practices in development and coordination methods.
- Ensure smooth and efficient collaboration within BRED-IT and with BRED SA.
Coaching and Training Teams:
- Assist teams in progressing towards self-organization, including setting up team rules.
- Adopt agile practices and best practices in development and coordination methods, particularly in backlog management and indicator management.
- Successfully conduct agile ceremonies.
- Act as a communicator, explainer, and regulator with external stakeholders, ensuring all stakeholders are managed and involved.
- Help the agile team progress and achieve high maturity level of agility.
- Report on the maturity state, progress, difficulties, and risks related to the agile transformation.
- Propose and implement new framework and way of working to improve team effectiveness.
Requirements
- University or Engineering school degree in IT or related field.
Language, Experience and Skills:
- Fluent in English.
- French skill is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in agile method and coaching.
- Sociable and adaptable.
- Ability to establish relationships of trust.
- Team player, open-minded, anticipation and speed adaptation.
- Initiative and creative thinking.
- Willing to work in an international environment.
- Banking knowledge is a plus.
