Responsibilities
• Support for IT Projects Managers:
• Establish a clear product vision, including objectives, scope, and macro functionalities.
• Define and clarify needs from a macro vision to detailed specifications (User Stories).
• Propose effective backlog management and prioritization techniques.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies.
• Promote agile practices and best practices in development and coordination methods.
• Ensure smooth and efficient collaboration within BRED-IT and with BRED SA.
• Coaching and Training Teams:
• Assist teams in progressing towards self-organization, including setting up team rules.
• Adopt agile practices and best practices in development and coordination methods, particularly in backlog management and indicator management.
• Successfully conduct agile ceremonies.
• Act as a communicator, explainer, and regulator with external stakeholders, ensuring all stakeholders are managed and involved.
• Help the agile team progress and achieve high maturity level of agility.

• Experience in supporting IT projects and teams.
• Strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders.
