Service Engineer (Electrical)
About this position
Responsibilities
As an Electrical Service Engineer, you will:
• Install, commission, and start up new machinery, focusing on can making welding lines.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, maintain, and upgrade production and quality control equipment.
• Train customers on how to use machines, both in classroom settings and on-site.
• Coordinate with overseas technicians and ensure smooth service visits.
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to provide technical support and product demonstrations.
• Prepare detailed daily/weekly service reports for clients, suppliers, and management.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering from a recognized university.
• 5+ years of experience in electrical/electronic installation and troubleshooting of production machinery and quality control instruments.
• Experience with can making welding machines is a plus.
• Knowledge of hardware and software computing; PLC knowledge is an advantage.
• Excellent in English (spoken and written) for clear communication with overseas suppliers. Strong report writing skills and the ability to read and comprehend English technical manuals.
• Fluent in Thai (both written and spoken).
• A reliable car for travel and on-site service visits.
• Willingness for overseas training and visits.
