About this position
Responsibilities
• Support the sales team with lead generation and management.
• Coordinate with potential and existing customers, ensuring that their inquiries are addressed promptly.
• Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems.
• Follow up with leads and clients to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction with the product.
• Prepare and help manage sales reports and documentation.
• Help manage the sales team’s calendar, scheduling meetings, and ensuring proper follow-up.
• Coordinate between internal teams to ensure smooth sales processes.
• Respond to emails, phone calls, and inquiries from potential clients.
Requirements
• Open to Thai nationals with a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant experience in solution sales, particularly in manufacturing or industrial sectors, is preferred.
• Previous experience in a sales support or customer service role.
• Excellent communication skills with proficiency in Thai and English.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Highly motivated, capable of working independently or as part of a team.
