Sales Engineer / Sales Executive

Responsibilities
• Drive Sales Success: Oversee sales of a diverse range of products and suppliers within the packaging industry.
• Customer Engagement: Identify and cultivate relationships with new potential customers while maintaining strong ties with existing clients.
• Market Exploration: Discover and explore new market opportunities beyond our current offerings.
• Present Solutions: Conduct customer visits for impactful sales presentations and provide tailored solutions.
• Technical Mastery: Learn and comprehend products to confidently deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations.
• Sales Support: Coordinate effectively with international suppliers for seamless sales and after-sales services via email and calls.
• Target Achievement: Follow pre- and post-sales activities to ensure sales targets are met.
• Reporting: Compile comprehensive sales reports and prepare annual sales forecasts for management.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or Science (Physics or Chemistry).
• Minimum of 8 years of proven sales experience in production machinery and quality assurance equipment.
• Strong technical competence with in-depth knowledge of production machinery and quality control instruments.
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken) for effective correspondence with international manufacturers.
• Exceptional salesmanship and the ability to engage clients effectively.
• Detail-oriented, thorough, and committed to achieving excellence.
• Must own a well-maintained vehicle.
• Willingness to travel for overseas training and visits.
