About this position

A brilliant position has now become available for a talented Technical/Industrial Sales Engineer who has a passion for people, hunting for new business and delivering outstanding, best in class' customer service. You will be responsible for looking after clients and hunting for new sales opportunities with clients based in Thailand.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Factory Automation segment.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives by promoting Bosch Rexroth products and solutions.
• Maintain and grow existing customer accounts through regular engagement and solution selling.
• Develop sales strategies tailored to customer needs and market trends.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers in various industries.
• Conduct regular visits to customer sites to understand their challenges and requirements.
• Prepare and present detailed proposals and quotations.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or other related fields.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales of Factory Automation or related industrial solutions.
• Good spoken and written English and Thai.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites and industrial zones.
