Logistics Customer Planner
About this position
Responsibilities
• Creates production plan based on external customer demand, production capacity (under BPS standards)
• Review, and analyze customer orders with production capacity to maintain optimum inventory
• Work with related function on schedule impacts and resolution e.g. backlog, shortage, Q-issue, etc.
• Window for external customers for PS-GH, respond to requirement and aim 100% on time delivery & KPIs
• Ensure correctness of data reporting to internal production network
• Act as part of the team coordinating engineering changes, product line extension, or new product launches to ensure timely and orderly material and production flow transitions
• Coordinate & support OSD, LSP about invoicing, benefit and privilege, supports process improvement topic e.g. BPS, system-CIP, and improvement projects, etc.
• Other assignments from supervisor
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in logistics or related field
• Good command in English
• At least 3 years of management level of material, customer or production planning, supply chain management, logical and systematic thinking, good analysis skills, ability to work accurately and exhibit leadership to drive others within strict deadlines, good communication, negotiation and interpersonal, experienced MS-Office and SAP knowledge
