About this position

The Injection Setter position at Robert Bosch Automotive Technologies involves controlling and improving machine performance, managing stock and quality, and preparing production reports in a smart manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Control Machine Oven & Talcome to high performance.
• Follow and Fast action to problem at Machine.
• Control Stock for LSR part responsible and Q’ty part in SAP system.
• Control Quality part.
• Control and improve IDC and block part.
• Confirm machine and equipment to be good for production.
• Control and supply raw material in production line.
• Cooperate and attention for all activity (Improvement and general).
• Prepare the production daily report and production problem report.
• Other job assign by Team Leader.

Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelor or higher
• Fair or understand well in English
• At least 1 understand all the processes of production line for injection machine
• Entrepreneurial Mindset

• Daily ESQCD, 5S condition
• Make report
• Technical / Methodological Competence
• Quality follow requirement of company and production
