E-Commerce Manager
About this position
The E-Commerce Manager is responsible for executing strategies to drive online sales growth across multiple channels, managing campaigns, and developing strong relationships with platforms to enhance performance.
Responsibilities
• Execute E-commerce strategies to drive online sales growth.
• Manage all aspects of E-Commerce business across multiple channels, including own-website, consignments, marketplace, and social commerce especially in Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok shop.
• Lead in campaign planning and target setting in all online channels, plan demand and investment for all online campaigns.
• Initiate online marketing strategy to drive better traffic, and sales conversion to meet objective and KPI target.
• Develop, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns to meet E-Commerce team goals on yearly, quarterly, monthly, and weekly basis.
• Establish strong relationship with platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok), taking lead on agency and account management.
• Develop and execute JBP (Joint Business Plan) with platforms by negotiating on visibility and support to drive growth performance.
• Oversee e-commerce market trends and competitors for the purpose of building long-term and short-term marketing campaign strategies.
• Coordinate with internal departments, regional E-Commerce team, and 3rd party service partners to ensure deliverables in timely manner.
• Seek opportunity to grow in other online channels.
• Lead the digital team and achieve digital marketing targets, including lead generation and campaigning.
• Optimize spend and performance based on campaign goals.
• Deliver and conduct strategies both externally and internally.
• Conceptualize and work on online marketing data.
• Manage e-commerce budgets including advertising campaign and promotion spend.
• Collaborate with internal teams for pricing, promotions, inventory, fulfilment, finance and marketing activities.
Requirements
• Minimum 4-5 years of professional work experience in e-commerce management.
• Hands-on experience in any mainstream advertisement management, re-marketing and web analytic tools like Google AdWords, Facebook, Google Display Network (GDN), DoubleClick, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Super metrics, etc.
• Broad knowledge of best digital practices.
• Proven track record of successfully developing online campaign strategies.
• Experience in performance marketing.
• Background in Fashion/ Retail products experience is preferred.
• Good mentor and team player.
• Strong logical and analytical skills.
• Relevant understanding of retail and e-commerce market.
• Strong English and Thai and presentation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent computer skills (Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint).
• Critical thinking and negotiation skills.
