We offer baby and child care products centering on disposable diapers, feminine sanitary goods such as napkins and tampons, urinary care products for senior citizens, cleaning products such as cleaning sheets, wet tissues, health care products such as three-dimensional face masks and pet care products. About this position

Join Uni-Charm (Thailand) Co., Ltd.' as a Brand Manager, overseeing the strategic direction and growth of our leading consumer brands. In this full-time position based in the Bangkok Metropolitan Region, you'll be responsible for driving brand awareness, product innovation, and market share expansion.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to strengthen market position and drive sustainable growth
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for brand innovation and differentiation
• Lead the creation and execution of impactful marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, and traditional advertising
• Manage the brand's product portfolio, ensuring alignment with consumer needs and market trends
• Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics to inform decision-making and optimize marketing activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and creative, to deliver integrated brand experiences
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the brand's marketing strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably in the FMCG industry
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful brand strategies that drive market growth
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decision-making
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques, including social media, content creation, and analytics
• Creative mindset and passion for developing innovative, customer-centric marketing campaigns
• Fluency in Thai and English, both written and verbal
