About this position

The Personal Assistant to the CEO is responsible for supporting the CEO's daily operations, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and ensuring smooth communication and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Arrange and plan CEO’s daily working schedule
• Arrange transportation and accommodation both in Thailand and overseas for CEO business trip
• Analyze emails, documents, and calls
• Provide briefings on certain works and then process as assigned
• Answer emails on behalf of CEO as assigned
• Coordinate with both internal people or departments and external people for CEO
• Manage all CEO’s expense claims and petty cash
• Remind on due date of works and any approval such as E-memo, online money transfer, etc.
• Support administrative tasks as requested
• Support other managements as needed
• Solve daily problems with best and possible solutions
• To support and facilitate all matters related to CEO and Management’s work
• Make all work run smoother, be on time, faster, and easier
• All daily works run smoothly
• Solve all problems properly
• Coordinate with others to make jobs done perfectly
• CEO can work easier and happier every day.
• Organize Head of Department Monthly Meeting and provide meeting minutes
• Participate in Management Monthly Meeting and provide meeting minutes
• Arrange and schedule other meetings for CEO with other parties as requested
• Provide advanced notice for meeting or appointment
• Arrange food and beverages for lunch or dinner meeting or make restaurant reservation as needed
• Welcome guests of CEO and take care of the meeting
• Participate in needed meetings on behalf of CEO as needed.
• To make all meetings successful and proper
• To have notes or meeting minute for reference
• Have proper meetings
• Finish meeting minutes in 1 week after the meeting
• Share information about the meeting to CEO or related people
