Responsibilities
You will be responsible for…
• Serving as the primary point of contact for customers, providing information and answering questions about products, services, and promotions.
• Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers to encourage repeat business.
• Conducting product demonstrations and presentations to highlight features, benefits, and value.
• Working closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to align strategies and goals.
• Delivering an effective performance goals based on product volume, revenue, or any custom measure.
• Communicating with partners to understand their needs and provide product value.
• Building relationships with partners based on trust and respect.
• Collecting and analyzing data to study more about consumer behavior.
• Keeping accurate records for composing an effective sales plan.
• Maintaining an updated knowledge of company products and services.
• Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.
• Identifying customer needs and trends.
• Ensuring effective communication internally and externally especially in receiving and sharing feedback.

Qualifications
• A Thai national.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in a sales client-facing role.
• Possess strong presentation, planning, organization, and analytical skills.
• Strong team player, adaptable and versatile in working style.
• Independent, proactive, customer focused, and result-oriented.
