About this position
Responsibilities
• Optimize calls to customers and execution of sales business plan.
• Monitors local market conditions for changes that impact business.
• Develops plans to maximize speaker programs. Adjusts implementation plans on a regular basis (speaker mgmt., advocate development, etc.)
• Manages programs and budgets to stay within standards.
• Identify opportunities that meet both territory and brand tactics.
• Customizes approach for each call on each customer to assess customer needs and increase sales of BI products.
Requirements
• Total at least 3 years experience in a sales capacity of which a minimum of 2 years were in the Animal Health or related industry.
• Proven disciplined sales training.
• Must be self-motivated, responsible, and flexible.
• Customer understanding.
• Commercial awareness.
